MAD HATTER

Don't use the umberella to keep the sun from your face, instead wear the hat like the Mad Hatter! My favourite hat is the western hat, comming straight from a cowboy's head! D&G inspired, this style is all over the runway. And just a few weeks, it will be all over the girls head! There are no rules in choosing the hat. Wear it according to your mood or your dress, or the weather! The jute hats are totally cool, and will be one of the best sellers. It is beachy and it is always a treat to feel like Miami on the streets of London.

SUNNY DAY OUT

Sunny day out, and confused what to wear?Well, make it bright, and a treat to your eyes. What can be better than sunshine yellow! Wear this yellow puffy sleeve tshirt with high waist divided skirt. Pull the heart scarf around our neck for that flirty look. Go with a yellow clutch bad, or a small yellow bag. It is a flirty summery look with the hearts and the bow buttons on the shorts, you can't go wrong with this!

BLOODY CHESS

Now nothing can be better than red to be spotted! Wear high waist red or yellow shorts, with a black and white checked shirt to make it look hot. Insted of the checks, a houndstooth or dogstooth print on a shirt would also complete the look. Carry a big leather bag with chains, or gold metal work. Let the bag be black in colour, for the shorts to remain a show stealer!
Get the shorts from Zara for £30, there is nothing better in terms of fabric and the fit. Similar shirt can be brought from primark, H&M, or Next. The bag is again from zara for £60. Similar bags can be found in Topshop.

Orange splash

Wear a hot cream dress, and accessorize with an orange bad and shoes to make the white juicy!

ORANGE

It is all about looking juicy this spring, isn't it? So what can be better than orange! Mandarine orange has been designer's favourite coulour this season. We saw dresses, skirts and leather wear in orange on the runway. What I love about orange is it is young and fresh, but at the same time it can look elegant. Dont be shy to be spotted this spring, because some eyes are going to follow you in orange!

FEATHER

We saw the embellishment before, but what's new this season is the feather! A common feature from the runway or shall I say Moulin Rouge, is dominating the high street. A lot of feather was seen at the spring 10 shows, including Giamvatista Valli, Louis Vuitton and Alberta Ferretti's collection. And the feather will fly on to this winter as well. John Rocha and a few others played with feathers to create a new look for this winter. Get the dresses with feathers, or add feather accessories to your old dresses to give them a dramatic touch! THE NEW SAILOR

PLEATS- PLEASE

The pleated fabric that is Issey miyake's favourite, has now become our retailers new love! Stella Maccartney and Dior also showed some fabulous dresses made of pleated satin and georgettes. And there is nothing on the runway that misses Topshop's eyes, and there is nothing in Topshop that misses the eyes of other high street retailers. So enjoy these dresses, they are definintely fun and frollic!

SUN TAN

Wear the jersey maxi dress over a hot colour bikini, so that the string catches the eye! Carry a beach bag to match the look. Match up the look with a lot of accessories, depending on the colour of your bag! The hot combination for a beach look is Blue and yellow. Match these two colours to bring Miami to London! PERFECT PICNIC

A perfect picnic on a pefectly sunny day will be incomplete without those hot pair of shorts! Orange is the eye-candy of the season. Wear the orange shorts with striped shapeless oversized tshirt. Accessorize this look with gold and orange beads. Couple this look with thong slipper that is the season's must have, and you are cooler if it is embellished! Complete the look with a big bag. Make sure the colour is subtle, you don't want to over do the colours.

EMBELLISHMENT

Now we cannot forget Serena's golden Tory Burch seqins dress, when she laid her eyes on Dan Humphry. It is the perfect wear for a night out. Dresses have to be embellished to get attention now. Make it blingy and glittery. Sequins, metallic embelishment, gold embroidery or stones are all like diamonds, a girl's best friend. Go out there and get the sparkle to stand out in the crowd. My suggestion, land up at french connection to get your pair of embellishments!

SHAPELESS

The first rule of buying a Tshirt is make sure it is oversized. The second rule is to make sure it has an oversized hem, the third rule is to make sure it is short. To sum it up, the Tshirt has to be shapeless! A typical aerobics look of the 90's introduced these shapeless tees, and now it is the biggest fad. Broad necklines to fall on the shoulder and oversized hem and sleeves, makes this tshirt airy and perfect to beat the summer heat!

CORSET

Corsets are the new in thing this season. The only difference is that it is no longer just for your bedroom! It was a regular piece at the spring/summer 10 shows, and now often seen at our favourite high street stores! There were the denim and suede corcsets at D&G that were rough and hot, and on the other hand there was lace and silk corsets at Dior that was very Victorian! Alexander Wang also showed some corsets in variations. How to wear it is the big question. Well, if you are daring it wear it with a hot skirt or the tapered pants, and if you are a little shy to show too much skin then wear it on top of a light chiffon shirt. You can get away with both the looks, after all it is just the curve that matter!

Get the corset for your body from Topshop...there are plenty to grab...but not for long!
